I found it by the most unusual way, lol. I've been searching the last 2 days for single seat/ one seat sports car/roadster/supercar and could find nothing similar. So I thought you could be giving hints in the image name, so I searched this time for "argps3" and the only page I got on Google was a page of text with the heading "Whatsa matta with you Swedes??", so I thought it must be Swedish. Did a Google image search for "swedish 1 seat sports car" and on the first page I saw it. The funny thing is it's Australian, lol.

Anyway, it's an Elfin MS8.

Well I started out this morning looking at the TVR's that people guessed but I could tell they were wrong so I just went through the pages and then see something similar, like the Unipower GT or the Elva Courier, then they led me to sites with pages of classics that I just searched through and found this car. Then I tried to find the exact picture but I couldn't find it.
